MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

You can watch The Black Marble, full movie on FULLTV - Sergeant Sergeant Valnikov and Natalie Zimmerman, two policemen of Los Angeles completely different, they are forced to work together. Valnikok has serious problems with alcohol since the suicide of his partner, is divorced and about to retire from active service. The case is assigned rather curious: find a dog awarded numerous awards he has been kidnapped by a veterinarian who asks for a high ransom to pay his gambling debts, because otherwise he would be killed.
