MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1965 film?

You can watch The City Under the Sea, full movie on FULLTV - A human - fish is introduced into a coastal castle and kidnaps a woman whose face is very similar to the wife of the king of the underwater world. An engineer and a painter teenager plunge to rescue her, but to do so, they must confront the sinister king of the fish-men and the city submerged.
