MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

One day, he receives a visit from a New York lawyer representing a powerful law firm intends to hire him. At the head of the prestigious company is John Milton, a man mundane, brilliant and charismatic, which houses very dark plans regarding Lomax.
