MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1928 film?

Bill Connolly is stoker on a ship, and has one night off the ground. While walking along the docks, a girl thrown into the water. Bill rescues, and gradually both are attracted towards each other.
