MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

You can watch The Heist, full movie on FULLTV - Neil Skinner, who was once a security consultant for the San Diego races, now an ex-convict whom his former partner, Ebbet, set him up. Neil now wants revenge, and also enlists the help of a janitor, a security guard and a driver of an ambulance. Ebbet now controls security for tracks, so as Neil's ex-girlfriend, Sheila. Money changes hands, the car chase on the border with Mexico, and is thus struggle to see who can get away with it.
