MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

You can watch Seom, full movie on FULLTV - In a remote place dedicated to fishing business survives Hee- Jin, the owner. This is dedicated daytime rent floating platforms to catch and sell food to the fishermen. During the night they sells her body. One day into the lake an ex- cop named Huynh Shik who just killed her lover and is willing to commit suicide. Hee -Jin prevents and a strange rapport develops between the two.
