MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

It was the " perfect soldier ", in charge of protecting civilization until moreover became the perfect enemy. With the defenses destroyed, humanity is discovered on the verge of extinction because of the police syndromes. Tallis is the latest of cybernetic soldiers, after his unit was destroyed in the final battle of the Great War. Living a life of survival, he is the only hope in this way to deal with the creations that supposedly would bring peace to the earth: the syndromes. When Tallis crosses enemy lines with a teenager miembor of resistance a freedom fighter known only as " Girl ", his world changes: Tallis finds a reason to fight again, this time however contrary end to wage war attempt to rescue the human race.
