MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1928 film?

You can watch The Last Warning, full movie on FULLTV - In a theater, the first actor Woodford is killed. The room is closed immediately and suspicions are directed in principle also the first actress and actor substitute, however the crime goes unpunished. Five years later, a producer decides to reopen this room with the same work the night of the crime and the same cast of actors. In the first trial, strange things happen, until it produces the appearance of the ghost of Woodruff, who utters a warning to the theater closed again. Can the seasoned actors move on after such an incident ?
