MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1949 film?

You can watch The Man on the Eiffel Tower, full movie on FULLTV - Bill Kirby, a human without scruples who lives off his aunt, plans to get rid of her to inherit his fortune, divorce and marry a friend of his wife. To carry out his plan, he hires Johann Radek, a student of medicine without resources. From the investigation of the case is concerned the inspector Maigret, that following certain tracks just locating Radek. There begins a frantic chase through the streets and rooftops of Paris up to the Eiffel Tower.
