MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1914 film?

You can watch The New Janitor, full movie on FULLTV - The hero, a janitor played by Chaplin, is fired from his job for having accidentally thrown out the window a bucket of water on the Bank's President. As one of the managers is being threatened by his bookie because of unpaid debts, so he decides to steal the company. Is caught in the moment to steal the treasure of the Bank by a secretary, who pressed the buzzer alarm. Charlot going to his aid but is mistaken for a burglar until the Secretary indicates who the real criminal. Charlot receive a just reward and a handshake to prevent theft.
