While they approach center age, both experience one thing of an emergency inside their life. Olivier, a physician before becoming wheelchair bound, faces a bleak future following the break up of two relationships. The fact Rémi and their spouse Estelle cannot have kids puts an ever-increasing strain on their wedding. And Pascale, a filmmaker, is regarding the point of making her spouse to pursue an affair with an opportunistic profession politician.
