MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

You can watch U, full movie on FULLTV - Mona is a princess who moreover has not been any good. One day, because of her tears, she sees a unicorn called U and says he came to comfort her and protect her until needed.
