MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1956 film?

You can watch While the City Sleeps, full movie on FULLTV - Sentinel reporters are about to finish editing the newspaper. In the hallways and in the tables and intrigue conspires to take over the management of the daily. Meanwhile, a criminal who is dedicated to murdering young women, after each murder, the police left a message written in lipstick. In the paper establishes a fierce competition: the first to get the news of the capture of the murderer " the lipstick " will have everything to gain.
