MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1981 film?

You can watch Wu long tian shi zhao ji gui, full movie on FULLTV - A Mafia comes to town in order to kill Billy Chong by a past problem. But site dirty his own hands, hires a Taoist wizard to revive zombies haganel some work for him. The plan goes horribly wrong and the bad guy ends up being killed in his own trap. This upsets the spirit of the villain and forces the priest to reincarnate him, just can not find a suitable body. Meanwhile, a living dead demon comes to town to kill Billy's dad for some past dispute. This is where all training kung fu Billy come in handy, and manages to kill the attacker. With this, the bad guy manages to another body, however the reincarnation goes wrong and the corpse is reborn as a vampire.
